Homeless Training Institute

SEFLIN offers its members specialized training provided by Homeless Training Institute on how to work with homeless, addicted, and mentally ill patrons. The training is available through SEFLIN Nicheacademy.  These recorded webinars are prepared to help library staff to solve problem behavior confidently and compassionately while at work.
